3 WAYS TO VOTE
VOTE BY ABSENTEE BALLOT
Polls will be open on November 3rd. Any registered voter in Virginia may apply for an Absentee Ballot.
1. Request Your Absentee Ballot
If you would like to complete your request application online, please click here. You must request a ballot by October 23.
You can also mail an Absentee Ballot application that you can download and print here.
If you prefer to fill out a paper application, you should mail the completed application to 101 Kings Way, Hampton, VA 23669
2. Returning Your Absentee Ballot
If you are returning your ballot by mail, it must be postmarked on or before election day and received by your general registrar's office by noon on the third day following the election.
If you are returning your ballot in-person, complete and return your ballot to your local general registrar's office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, you may also return your absentee ballot to a drop-off location.
